| FABU 10 PNEUMATIC RIVETING HAMMER |
| is used in riveting jobs such as; cutting, crushing, and extricating the clinch bolts (rivets). |
| OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS : |
| 1- Each day before starting the operation the Air Hose must be cleaned each time by feeding air through the Hose. |
| 2- Assemble the Hose by cleaning the Hose End to the Riveting Hammer after closing the air. |
| 3- While beginning the operation; adjust the Lubricator in order to let the Oil flow in minumum amount.Fill up the Lubricator with Mobil Alma Oil 525-527 or equivalent. |
| 4- Each day before starting the operation; tighten the joint screw nuts of the Riveting Hammer's headpiece. |
| 5- Before mounting the Chisel's Headpiece to the Riveting Hammer; be sure that Shank Piece is not broken, swollen or worn out. |
